Lochmoor Waterway Estates is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Lee County, Florida, United States. The population was 4,204 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Lochmoor Waterway Estates is located in central Lee County at 26.64611°N, -81.91306°W (26.646110, -81.912958), on the west side of the tidal Caloosahatchee River, across from Fort Myers, the county seat. It is bordered to the south and west by the city of Cape Coral and to the north by unincorporated North Fort Myers.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 7.8 km2, of which 5.7 km2 are land and 2.1 km2, or 26.61%, are water.
